MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1918 film?

Simple short of Roscoe 'Fatty ' Arbuckle, with his regular group, which meets several gags about a restaurant. He is a cook, waiter and Buster Keaton. Among the funniest moments, we Keaton dancing in the footsteps of a dancer, or riding a rowdy ruckus, Al St. John, who kneels her teeth dog tightly.
