MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Ijon Tichy is invited to a congress of futurology that also celebrated in Costarricania, where renowned experts try to find solutions to all disasters that threaten the future of humanity. At the same time, social unrest sweeps the country, so the government decides to provide benefactorina, altruismol or felicitol the entire population to somehow abort the imminent revolt. These chemicals affect the mind, inducing it to do good, to repent and also to seek forgiveness. Freely adapted from the novel "The Futurological Congress " by Stanislaw Lem will combine animation and live.
