Harold Lloyd gives birth to Ezekiel, the son of a missionary who has lived all his life in China, surrounded by good care, and imbued with religious practice and Eastern wisdom. But when he left for the United States, looking for a good girl you marry, it is a location where prevailing corruption and intrigue. When it arrives, are about to be held elections for mayor, perfectly rigged to earn ever. But when the candidate a straw man dies, naive believe that Ezekiel is the perfect substitute.
