MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1978 film?

Hardeman He is the founder of an automobile company engaged in the production of a unique car, capable of traveling 40 km on one liter of gasoline. This hires a young driver to help design the necessary fuel. But they face opposition from the president of the company, the grandson of the patriarch, who want to remove the car division of the company due to the bad relations between grandfather and grandson. As the project progresses they appear old familiar problems of the past that also dot the young driver.
