MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

The plot is starring Leo, a prominent architect, who even in his youth design a housing complex for low budget. Currently the housing complex is a run down, and also the perfect place to some extent the development of crime. The other main figure is Tonya a lady who lives in the housing complex and leads a campaign for it to be collapsed. Leo Tonya seeks to support the application to demolish the complex, however on the other hand sees no reason to Leo that his work be destroyed. While Leo's family, married to Julia is falling apart as the complex he designed twenty years ago. Meanwhile Tonya fight alone in finding that your request is accepted, lost a son, and two daughters seem to be identified with it.
