MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

The protagonist is a strange man known as ? ? The metal fetishist ? ?, Which also has the unhealthy habit of nailed pieces of metal in the body. One day, suffers a car accident and it hits another man who, from that moment, begin to suffer strange symptoms in your own body. Strange metal protrusions arising from their face and extremities. Meanwhile, the man fetish, dreams of a world in which all metal suffered a mutation until a complete and utter transformation.
