MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1949 film?

Warren Quimby, a man shy which incidentally runs a shop, is married to Claire, a seductive lady fatal who is madly in love. But one day he leaves Claire to somehow leave with another man. Quimby then decides to kill his opponent and to this end, produces a complex plan that includes a change of identity away from him any suspicion.
