MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

This really is a love tale set in the steppes of Central Asia of today. Temür a thirty yr old Kazakh decides to begin life once again in his ancestral town into the Kyrghyz Mountains.
