MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1984 film?

The Institute John F. Kennedy has been sued by graduate students unable to read or write. Students carry knives, traffic drugs and make thus snitches to police. Teachers have lost interest in teaching, concerned only with survival. Alex, a veteran in the department of English, comes to take care of my kids, but otherwise their work is hampered by the negligence of his incompetent colleagues. Lisa, a lawyer who in addition was a student of Alex, arrives at the school to handle the matter and encouraged to move forward in their efforts to solve the problem.
