MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Some public toilets in the old part of Belgrade seem to hide a dark secret. An enigmatic human being also only see his black boots murders a young couple and also the channel opens in the same bathroom, pulling his blood and organs down the toilet. That happens in 1982, in 2001, four friends go to the public baths because they have been there with a drug dealer. The enigmatic human being makes its appearance boots, kill one of the women, and the rest, along with the dealer and a man who was over there are enclosed.
