MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

Sveta is 13, is simple and also responsible, practice shooting and would like to be a sniper in Chechnya, lives with his mother and sister, Dina, the result of his mother's relationship with Alik, even just out of prison. Alik has outstanding bills, then accuse him of keeping the money theft whereby served time. For horror to kidnap his daughter Dina, the two sisters are brought by their parents for a few days to a vacant apartment. Indeed, three men go to the floor for the girls, but they are hiding all this time. The floor is not safe and have to leave, not knowing where their parents.
