MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

Jim Crawley is having a really bad day. He has been fired from his job at the nuclear plant, his car took him to the crane and thus high indeed discovers that his wife has an affair with another man. To make it a little worse, Jim is kidnapped by a mad scientist to test human vaccine for deadly bite of a mosquito carrying a virus worldwide. It turns out that years of exposure to nuclear radiation and mosquito DNA do not mix very well and Jim transforms into a creature half - man, half -mosquito, and is eager for revenge ? ?
