MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

Skip Donahue and Harry Monroe are two friends from New York unemployed who accept a job eventural where giant birds should dress up for advertising. But bad luck for a couple of bank robbers use the same costume, why confuse the innocent police with criminal friends. But the difficulties have only just begun, life in prison is the second part of this rugged comedy.
