MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Cal McCaffrey is a journalist whose nose murders leads him to unravel some of the most promising of politics. Congressman Stephen Collins is the future of his political party: an honorable. When someone brutally murders his assistant / lover, and secrets tumbling out. McCaffrey has the dubious fortune of both an old friendship with Collins, and her boss is totally ruthless and assigned him to investigate the case.
