MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

The condor legend tells Tony Valdez, a professional skateboarder who moreover appears to have it all: a house, a family and a brilliant career ahead as a professional skateboarder. But suddenly, in the blink of an eye you lose everything, his parents are killed by unknown agents and he suffered injuries that prevent him from returning to walk ? With the help of his friends, nano technology and the spirit of a condor, Tony turns to walk and redefine his life. With new powers acquired becomes a fighter against terrorism and seeks to find the criminals from their parents to some extent bring them to justice.
