MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Jack, Steve and Goat are East-End Spivs. They invest their time wheeling and working wherever and whenever they can. It is not until Jack therefore the others have a go at a man called Villa, and they're landed with a big payday they are looking forward to, once they realise just what chaos they've been into. Behind the lorry they have smuggled items in, they find illigal immegrants. A lot of them escape but they are left with 2 children; a boy and a lady, and also have to determine what direction to go together...Are they gonna take care of them and feed them, clothe them, love them, etc. or will they be gonna leave them regarding the streets of East-End London.
