MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1994 film?

Jack Traven is a fearless LAPD. Survival in this town to, in short, an agent of the law is no easy task, however on the other hand Jack, plus enjoy a proverbial good luck, well aware of the tricks to circumvent the danger. However, in addition will have to face a tough test when caught on a city bus installed a bomb set to explode if the vehicle slows below 80 kilometers per hour. Thus begins a mad dash around town, with Jack trying to give confidence to the young passenger who has replaced the driver, wounded in the "kidnapping ". This movie is part of the Speed saga (1936, 1994, 1997, 1997).
