MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1935 film?

The Treasury Department U.S. journalist Bill Bradford named special agent in charge of approaching Nick Carston, and also get somewhat testing to frame him in a criminal case for tax evasion before the grand jury, and thus end up with criminal activities. Julie befriends Bill Gardner, accounting Carston organization, and appealing to their patriotism, get also decode and photocopy the books, which allows detention of Carston. This, upon learning of the betrayal of his accountant, and Bill is a government undercover agent, orders his henchmen kidnap Julie to avoid testifying. Bill will chase and try to save the girl if you want Carston is convicted.
