MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1996 film?

Half machine, half human, was designed especially for murdering some extent, however all this escaped his control. The U.S. Army designed a sophisticated android who by the way have named Solo. Although it is controlled by a complex computer system, has been endowed with the ability to think and learn well. He is sent to South America on a secret mission to fight the rebel troops. In contrary to expectations, only develops a spontaneous affinity with the natives and decides to fight at his side. Its creators should recover as soon as possible, however will not be an easy task. Action film in the wake of " Robocop " whose title explains it all: "It was designed to attack ruthlessly, but a mistake made him understand the cruelty and faced his creators. A remake called Solo (2010) was made based on this movie.
