MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

In a future society, some people are selected at birth to thereby become soldiers, and trained in such a way that certainly become human killing machines. One of the most outstanding soldiers measured forces with a new breed of soldiers, and then the confrontation is believed dead. His body is left in a colonial world where he meets semidespoblado other aspects of life. But will struggle again with this breed of soldiers again, this time to defend his new home.
