MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

What if you lived by the sea, and something day you stopped hearing the sound for the waves? Exactly what could you do then? That's the concern posed by Saman Salur in 'Thirteen 59', an introspective research of emotional part of war. A chief commander inside Iranian military wakes up from a coma years following the war in which he fought has ended. Struggling to determine himself by the conflict anymore, he struggles to maneuver on from just what he's constantly understood and find the comfort within himself. Habit may be the most difficult obsession with kick.
