MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Austrian Empire, mid-nineteenth century. When Emperor Franz Joseph and also her cousin Elizabeth of Bavaria known, they fall in love and, a little later, marry, despite severe opposition from the groom's mother, Archduchess Sophie.
