MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

It seems that bad luck abandons Charlie Cook the day when he went to work for Silicon Towers, a leading security company. Finally found a job at the height of their abilities. Everything seems to be going nicely until it receives an anonymous e-mail that the company informing plays dirty: Silicon Towers is selling some chips able to circumvent any computer security system, including banks. Charlie checks the veracity of the information in your own bank account. It's not easy to take dune decision, but it is, above all, an honest person: has decided to report what you know to the police without suspecting that is about to live the most distressing I ever could have imagined, Escaping the Law and the Corporation, Charlie must prove the truth to stay alive.
