MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Chon Wang is a Chinese emperor's guardian. When Princess Pei Pei is kidnapped from the imperial Forbidden City, Wang feels personally responsible and insists on joining the guards in charge of rescue.
