MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

When young Walter Wade kills a black student, John Shaft stops him. Violating probation, the defendant left the country. Subsequently, however, a delay of two years, Shaft throwing the gauntlet you run your anonymous return to the United States. When the millionaire father of Walter pays your bond again, Walter is free and also want to see Shaft died. He is not alone. The same fate so want two of his corrupt colleagues Grovitch Jack and Jimmy Roselli and a Dominican drug dealer, Peoples Hernandez, who also hopes Shaft revenge for having humiliated in the area it controls.
