MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1922 film?

A Chinese laundryman stops in a community, where extortion, jealousy and bad intentions are also common currency, after a naugrafio on its shores. Marginalized in his barge moored to shore will be directly involved in the plot to blackmail and demolition of the local mayor. A remake called Sombras (1959) was made based on this movie.
