MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

During World War II the British soldier Jack Celliers comes to a japanese prison camp. The camp commander believes in values such as discipline, honor and glory. In your opinion are cowards Allied soldiers to commit suicide rather than surrender. One of the prisoners tries to explain to his colleagues the thinking of the Japanese, but they consider him a traitor.
