MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1998 film?

Silvie Rousseau, a researcher looking for a cancer therapy, discover, thanks to his brother, his dad did not die in an accident, but was the victim of a murder allegedly committed by Walser, the man who inherited the leadership of the company defense systems directed his father. To avoid the determination avenging his brother, Sylvie is thrown herself, turned into a modern Electra, in search of the truth. A remake called Secretos de Estado (2008) was made based on this movie.
