MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1953 film?

Russ Lambert an American boxer who accidentally killed an opponent in the ring, lives in South America and participates in fighting second rate. There he meets Clare Shepperd, the former girlfriend of a gangster, who the gunman Cappy Gordon pursues with intent to kill. Russ and Clare fall in love and make a romantic trip to the Mountain of Welfare, which is only accessible by funicular. In this placid corner Cappy also arrives. After a night in the mountain hotel, Russ, Clare and Cappy agree funicular descent.
