MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

The overwhelming joy of Christmas Eve celebrations will make ghostly hallucinations suffered Frank Cross in this fun satire of " A Christmas Carol " by Charles Dickens. Cross, who has made a meteoric rise from modest since shipping department of a TV station to win the presidency, is stingy, nasty, ungrateful, unforgiving and a cruel sense of humor. Eve Before the end, you will receive a visit from a New York cab driver from the past disconcerting, a fairy of this, a little quirky and, at last, a sadist, huge, headless messenger from the future.
