MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1935 film?

Scrooge, the ultimate Victorian miser, has not a good word for Christmas in a way, though his impoverished clerk Cratchit and nephew Fred are swollen with Christmas spirit. But at night, Scrooge is visited by ghosts. A remake called Muchas gracias, Mr. Scrooge (1970) was made based on this movie.
