MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

In the heat of battle, few enemy pilots sighted a strange object. This begins to attack and destroy, since rumor has it that Japan also are creating an ultimate weapon with incredible power. This weapon is actually a prototype that used in a person, Lieutenant Mizuki. But as it is an experiment of this new technology reaches a limit. While she is still fighting and collecting data, it achieves a new "specimen " ideal, in short, the experiment, a small student named Chise. Mizuki Lieutenant monitors progress and the ultimate weapon to read Chise's mind, she realizes that she suffers participating in every battle. The powerless to participate in battles and suffering of Chise for not having the desire to fight, Lt.. Mizuki try to make every effort to Chise can continue his life as a human. Consisting of two OVAs Movie 30 minutes each, and chronic -expanding anime " Saikano ".
