MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Is the Cold War and for, in short, most Americans the Russians are " the enemy." Misha works in Russian as a radio ship. The ship is driven in Florida waters due to a failed mission, and the sailor Misha goes to a beach. It is inhabited by children who, influencidos for comics, moreover believe that Misha is a communist, a bad guy, but little by little, the guys will be doing Misha friends, against the interests of the Government U.S..
