MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1985 film?

Arsène Lupin III, the grandson of burglar most famous in the world and following in the footsteps of his grandfather, returns to the attack. A mysterious old woman named Rosetta drunkard a strange chronicle tells about an ancient treasure, the Gold of Babylon. Of course you can not resist looking with his teammates Daisuke Jigen and Goemon Ishikawa, but not the only one. Marciano, a leader and also the Mafia is after him, years later his dad and even Hitler himself tried to locate the treasure.
