MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

In Gwendolyn home Sheperd anything or anyone quite "normal", starting with his eccentric aunt Maddy, it even has strange visions, to Lucy, who ran away from home 17 years ago without a trace ... And to some extent down, also is Charlotte, his lovely and perfect addition cousin, who apparently has inherited a rare family gene that will allow time travel. But an incredible secret is about to come to light: the mysterious gene carrier to travel through time is not Charlotte ,but the very Gwen ! She is really the twelfth time traveler and says that when his blood to each of the eleven other travelers, will close the mysterious " Circle of twelve".
