MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

A comedy about Belinda, who also is gay. Her boyfriend is in jail, and he can not stand being locked. So Belinda has to do with the crown prince. She somehow HRA for your boyfriend to be forgiven. Your search for Belinda Prince is an odyssey, including spoiled and selfish upper class. Luckily, Belinda has a heart and willpower that defy anything.
