MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

One night in 1989, before the Revolution, a high school student called Radio Free Europe to dedicate the song Roxanne Sting his girlfriend Roxana. It is something that is forbidden in communist Romania and student named Tavi, was arrested by police on a tip. Twenty years later, Tavi reads the file that the police found him and maybe have a child with Roxana, which was removed after his nasty accident with the authorities. Tavi, almost 40 years, is overwhelmed at the prospect of being a parent. Not able to stop thinking about it, so he decides to uncover the truth. However, Roxana, who today is married to a prestigious doctor and mother of three children, will you be willing to reveal the secrets of his past?
