MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

The teenager Dante, a fugitive desperate, fleeing a prison camp by an inhospitable land in search of his beloved Ula. Meanwhile, he is pursued by ROTT, a Rottweiler with fangs and jaws of steel also risen from the dead, a ferocious beast whose only mission is to kill. A hunt through the landscape of terror, where there are no friends, no shelter and no respite. No one is safe from the relentless violence and cruelty, there are only the hunter and his prey.
