MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1949 film?

This powerful drama about World War II, has a family chronicle installments for supporting the Nazis and also the fight against them. Originally censored by the Soviets, for their constant message pacifism, "Rotation " features a father, Hans, who even tries to support his family, which leads to his own downfall. During the time of the Weimar Republic, his brother Kurt joins the Communist Party, while another family companion joins the National Socialists. Hans gets a job with a printing company that produced propaganda in a way the Nazis, however all this is reluctant to join them, until finally it does. His son Helmut joins the Hitler Youth and his father eventually denouncing Nazi authorities send him to prison.
