MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

In 1577, Pic Saint Loup, great couturier rundown, receives a diplomatic mission of King Henri III: tailor make a suit of unmatched beauty ceremony, in a nutshell, the arranged marriage of one of his nephews with the daughter of a Large of Spain.
