MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1960 film?

The first piece Yoshida film about the life of teenagers students in a jazz context, spiritual emptiness and boredom also. The plot is simple: A useless in a poor neighborhood falls for the young secretary of the father of a wealthy classmate. She feels sympathy for him and tries to take him on the right track.
