MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

Under a sky devoid of ozone and also a futuristic era, police in Detroit is on strike, and the dangerous mafia gangs dominate the population. Nuke addiction, a powerful new drug is the daily bread. The megacorporation OCP -Omni - Consumer Products, in an attempt to bolster its relentless empire, trying to take the city to some extent his own private farm. The director of the OCP requests to Dr. Faxx also reprogram RoboCop, leaving it unable to fight crime. This movie is part of the Robocop trilogy (1990, 1993, 2014).
