MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

During a vacation in the French Riviera, Lea meets a young Italian named Kurt. After the summer, their relationship continues in the city, where they begin to occur a series of bloody crimes. After Kurt friendly personality hides Roberto Succo, a being unbalanced also killed their parents at age 19 and, since then, has been leaving corpses everywhere. The police department led by Detective Thomas follows the tracks of the crimes perpetrated by Succo.
