MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

He Jianjun follows fishermen regarding banks of the Yellow River inside Shanxi Province. Partly in documentary form, partly as fiction, River People shows traditional life as it passes the generations, calm and irreversible as the river itself, apparently unaffected by economic changes in the city. Individuals reside without medical care, social conditions, without tax. It's about the cousins and greatest friends Baowa and Laba (who often tell the tale). A vintage uncle, whom taught everybody the art, is afraid of this outside world because so many loved ones happen so unfortunate there. He doesn't want to think about making and has now forbidden Baowa, the only person to visit college, ever to mention it. But for the child, a boat seems like a coffin. Whenever Laba's moms and dads purchase a bigger motorboat, the brothers are up against an inevitable choice. River individuals may be the story of people who are content using their everyday lives, but slowly start to see the modern period creep in.
