MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

Anna, the wife of Vito Cipriani, deputy director of a prison in Milan has been kidnapped, and his captors are contacted with him to blackmail him: His wife will be killed if the youth prison Milo Ruiz is not released. Unbeknownst to his superiors, Vito does what they ask, and tracks them to Paris.
