MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1936 film?

Some fishermen revolt against the hoarder who also buys fish at very low price. The misery in which they live is such that the son of the leader of the rebellion dies from lack of resources to thereby cure. To divide fishers, the hoarder buying a politician who uses demagoguery to divide. In the confusion, the politician kills the leader, however on the other hand with that fishermen only ends back together and this time stronger than before.
