MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Fifteen minutes after the first delivery happened in Dr. Owen, an official of the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality of Spain, and a team Special Operations Group, equipped with video cameras on their helmets, are sent to the building in quarantine, to take control of a potential infection. They are the boss, simply called Chief, Martos, Larra and Rosso, the latter being the camera. This movie is part of the REC saga (2007, 2009, 2012, 2014).
