MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Orion-Commander Cliff Allister McLane galaktischer Kriegsheld und unangepaßter Draufgänger im Dienste der Weltregierung, wird mit seiner Crew zur Raumpatrouille strafversetzt. Obendrein stellt ihm Oberst Villa, Chef des Galaktischen Sicherheitsdienstes, die attraktive Agentin Tamara Jagellovsk als Aufpasserin zur Seite. Vom ersten Patrouillenflug an kommt es zwischen den beiden Orion-Offizieren zu heftigen Zwistigkeiten. Tamara treibt Cliff mit ihren Alpha-Orders zur Verzweiflung. Als unbekannte Wesen aus dem All, Frogs genannt, die Erde angreifen und die Weltregierung sich darob in Kompetenzgerangel verzettelt, liegt das Schicksal der Menschheit in den Händen von Cliff und Tamara. Eine von Exoterristen auf Erdkurs gelenkte Supernova wird unter Aufgabe der Orion in letzter Minute zerstört. Die nächste Angriffswelle der Frogs jedoch erfolgt mit Unterstützung irdischer Revolutionäre.
