MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2001 film?

New Zealand. As every summer, Janey and her family enjoy beach holidays. It is the summer of 1972, Janey begins to realize the family decline; a mother who hides his frustration on alcohol and shameless flirtation. A unable to react to the situation that is living father and an alien to every child. The story takes place in a period when Janey begins to discover their own sexuality and the need to feel supported by her mother.
