MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Radio, a young man who suffers from a slight mental retardation, totally changes the classist attitudes of a small South Carolina town. Nicknamed 'Radio' for his famous collection of music, not talk to anyone, until one day, Coach Harold Jones, one of the most respected men of the village, and popular coach high school football team, befriends him. Slowly, Coach Jones earns Radio's trust and opens a new world to him.
